Who handles your data
This site belongs to Isa Acosta, a content creator and a minor. Her father and legal guardian, Manuel Acosta, manages the site and any requests on her behalf, based in Spain. For any privacy question, write to [email protected].
What we collect and why
If you fill out the contact form, we collect your name and email (required), and if you add them, your phone number, the brand or company you represent, and your message. We use them only to reply to your collaboration proposal.
We also automatically log the IP address the form was sent from. We use it only to tell real requests apart from spam — never to identify you beyond that.
This site uses no tracking cookies and shows no cookie banner because it does not need one. We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, stores no IP address and does not follow you across sites: it only counts how many visits there were, from which country, and which page was seen. There is no way to know who you are, or to recognise you if you come back.
We do not use Google Analytics or any advertising or profiling tool.
Who we share it with
To make the form work and get proposals to you, your data passes through:
- Cloudflare (Turnstile) — confirms the person submitting the form is human, not a bot.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — counts visits anonymously, with no cookies and no stored IP addresses.
- Resend — sends the notification email and, if Isa replies with a proposal, the attached PDF.
- ip-api.com and Google (public DNS) — tell us whether the connection looks like it's coming from a data center and whether your email's domain exists, so we can prioritize real requests over spam. Your message is never shared with them — only the IP and the email domain.
We never sell or share your data for advertising purposes.
Transfers outside the EU
Cloudflare and Resend are based in the United States. Using their services may mean your data is processed outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards each provider offers for these transfers (standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism each one publishes).
How long we keep it
While we're handling your request, and up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires a different period.
Your rights
You can ask us to access your data, correct it, delete it, object to its use, limit its processing, or request a portable copy. Write to [email protected]. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Legal basis
We process your data because you consent to it by submitting the form, and on the basis of legitimate interest in preventing fraud and spam among the requests we receive.
Changes to this policy
If how we handle your data changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
